Moved

Maybe I'm just biding my time
Maybe one day I'll open my hand
Get your attention
Ask
"Are you watching closely?"
And then I'll be...
Gone

Jesse Boykins III – B4 The Night Is Thru (prod. Machine Drum)

“B4 The Night Is Thru” is about looking for someone to share love in rhythm. When producer Machine Drum and I created this tune it started as conversation on how you go out just to party and dance the night away; but how hard it is to find that someone to move with because of culture of the time we’ve living in. The song is merely reminiscent of those times when you could dance with someone you didn’t know all night with no pressure, no expectations… just the rhythm and movement. – Jesse Boykins III

Just Blaze x AllHipHop.Com

When the hell did AllHipHop start doing recorded interviews? About to try and nap me an internship. Just talks about (or doesn't, rather) Jay Electronica's signing to Roc Nation, and Diddy's relationship with Jay Electronica.

Add-2: Comic Book Flow

As an artist whose career has been aided heavily through hip hop websites, blogs & the internet as a whole it upsets me to see the powers that be trying to dismantle our outlets for our voice in an attempt to gain control over us. Try as they may they can not, nor will they ever be, successful at silencing us. - Add-2

Special Announcement: Back to the Drawing Board

Ladies. Gentlemen. Friends.

In light of recent events, most notably the seizing of onsmash.com by our united states government, we at frndofthepeople had taken a sabbatical from the revolution we're attempting to contribute to. This entire project, this movement that we have been attempting to push, is a process, for Mr. Blackgold and myself. With that being said, it has come to us that perhaps this may not be the particular medium. Don't take this as a farewell, or think that the powers that be have frightened us from our path or anything;; quite the contrary, that just spurs us on and forces us to step our output to the level that it should be, but hasn't due to external and internal problems. So I'll continue upkeep of frndofthepeople, however, in the event that we move to another medium (no need to hide it, most likely a tumblr) we will notify you and explain our reasoning at the proper time. Only know that we do these things so as to decide on how to best serve you, our friends.

Back to the drawing board.

Sincerely,

Adam Ivory, frndofthepeople
